This patient has severe osteoarthritis and degeneration of his right hip. He has lost all joint space and has developed bone spurs throughout the joint. He has a severely limited range of motion and was unable to flex the hip to 90 degrees or internally rotate his hip at all. He is not a good candidate for Prolotherapy.
